Christopher Sullivan is the founder and managing partner of Sullivan Law Offices, bringing a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and legal expertise to serve clients across Texas. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Christopher has built a thriving multi-practice law firm that exemplifies his commitment to hard work, innovation, and authentic client service.

After graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2016, Christopher founded Sullivan Law Offices with a focus on serving entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and developers. What started as a solo practice specializing in lender document preparation has grown into a full-service firm with eight attorneys offering comprehensive transactional and litigation services across real estate, business law, construction, estate planning, and private offerings.

Christopher’s practice spans complex commercial real estate transactions, business formations and acquisitions, construction contracts, and estate planning matters. His clients include real estate developers, closely held companies, corporate executives, and private investors across industries such as construction, private equity, and commercial real estate development.

Christopher is active in the commercial real estate community through CCIM, NatCCar, and Trek organizations, and regularly teaches continuing education classes for title companies. His entrepreneurial background includes founding a digital advertising company in college and extensive experience in the title industry, providing clients with unique insights into business development and strategic growth.
