Christopher Sullivan is the founder of Sullivan Law Offices, a Texas based firm built on relationships and entrepreneurial drive, fueled by family. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as the oldest of six children, Christopher brings creative problem solving, business insight, connection, and community to every aspect of his practice.

After earning his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2016, Christopher founded Sullivan Law Offices the next business day, aiming to build a family-run practice where he could work alongside his siblings while serving the entrepreneurs and business owners he connects with most. What started as a solo practice focused on lender document preparation has grown into a full-service, multi-practice firm providing comprehensive support to entrepreneurs, business owners, developers, and investors navigating complex transactions and disputes across real estate, business law, construction law, and the Firm’s other complementary practice areas.

Christopher’s experience spans complex commercial real estate transactions, business formations and acquisitions, construction contracts, lender and bank representation, and title curative. His clients range from real estate developers, closely held companies, corporate executives, to private investors across real estate development and construction, business ventures, and private equity.

Christopher is active in the real estate community through CCIM, NTCAR, TREC, and MetroTex, and regularly consults with title companies, brokerages, and lenders. His entrepreneurial background includes founding a short-lived digital advertising company in college and extensive experience in the legal and title industries, providing clients with unique insights into business development and strategic growth.

Driven by a passion for helping his clients succeed, Christopher hosts outdoor cooking events that foster community, build authentic relationships, and connect the firm’s network, creating opportunities that extend well beyond traditional legal services.

Christopher enjoys quality time with his wife, Kelsey, and their two children, Colt and Virginia, at their ranch in Tyler. He strives to balance his drive as an entrepreneur with his desire for time with his family, embodying the values that shape Sullivan Law Offices: excellence, balance, community, and connection.

In addition to family time, Christopher enjoys giving back and is eager to help build community. Over the past year, Sullivan Law Offices has helped raise over $150,000 through donations to Fort Worth Public Library Foundation, Kids Matter International, Covenant Christian Academy’s Christian Leaders’ Scholarship Endowment Fund, House For a Home, Me Squared Cancer Foundation, and the TWU Golf Program Fund, among others. Christopher and the Sullivan team support these organizations by donating cookouts to their live auctions and hosting unique outdoor cookout experiences, donating their own time, for the winning bidder. Christopher leads Sullivan to participate in these and other charitable fundraising and volunteer programs to amplify the Firm’s impact, turning his passion for hospitality and connection into tangible community outcomes that support library programs, scholarships, housing initiatives, cancer support services, and athletic program development. Beyond his hospitality initiatives, Christopher currently gives back professionally through serving on NTCAR’s Forms Committee and previously served on the MetroTex Board of Directors.
